ThePogg website developed in 2011 is for sale

iGaming marketing company, Brand Steamers, has decided to put up for sale a site that aims to review ThePogg casino (The Players Online Gambling Guide), Focus Gaming News reported on December 7th.

ThePogg was founded by Duncan Garvey in 2011 as a casino review site. Already in 2012, another dispute resolution feature was added (under license from the Malta Gaming Authority). During the work, more than 6,500 complaints from players were considered, as a result of which more than $ 7.5 million was reimbursed.

Brand Streamers CEO Claes Dahlen said ThePogg’s unique status as a dispute resolution partner makes it an attractive acquisition.

Against this news background, it is worth noting that Catena Media has recently become aware of marketing plans for the popular gambling resource AskGamblers. Note that Catena Media acquired AskGamblers in 2015 for 15 million euros ($15.7 million). How well AskGamblers and ThePogg are now ranked, one can only guess.
