Minister of Economy of Armenia Vahan Kerobyan said: «We understand that limiting advertising to sweepstakes causes a lot of damage to the media, but, nevertheless, a balanced decision was made.»
He said regulation of gambling advertising does not pose a threat in terms of new investment. He further added that the risks in relation to a possible ban were taken into consideration.
«I do not think that investment attractiveness in the field of gambling is an important topic», — noted the official.
