Under the agreement with Symplify, the operator will be able to expand its reach to core audiences, with a focus on email, SMS, dynamic web, web technologies and browser push notifications.
This agreement will use the Symplify Campaign and Journey Builder modules to create personalized experiences using artificial intelligence. This expertise in optimizing marketing strategies directly contributes to increased customer satisfaction and long-term value.
